The evening started with a ribbon cutting ceremony in which our honorary Guests Tony Meredith & Melanie LaPatin, from the Fox TV Show "So You Think You Can Dance" cut our ribbon and conducted our first World Class workshop. You can catch a snippet of their dance lesson of Samba and Mambo as well as the performances for the evening.

The Rutgers DanceSport Alumni Club collected Permalat, Condensed Milk, Dried Milk @ the Social Center, First Presbyterian Church in Metuchen, NJ to help feed families in the area. "Dancing for food" was a lot of fun and the day started out with wonderful Salsa Dance lessons followed by a Rumba Workshop, and Dance Social. Our second community initiative to help food pantries in the area was successful and we are grateful to all participants who contributed to this initiative with their donation of milk.
